Rodizio! | Churrascaria Boinabrasa
Have you ever tried Rodizio? If not, you definitely have to!
How does Rodizio work?
Rodízio is an all-you-can-eat style of restaurant service in Brazilian restaurants. In most areas of the world outside of Brazil, a rodízio restaurant refers to a Brazilian style steakhouse restaurant. Customers pay a fixed price, and waiters bring samples of food to each customer at several times throughout the meal, until the customers signal that they have had enough. In churrascarias or the traditional Brazilian-style steakhouse restaurants, servers come to the table with knives and a skewer, on which are speared various kinds of quality cuts of meat, most commonly local cuts of beef, pork, chicken and sometimes exotic meats.
When we heard that we can eat as much meat as we want at Churrascaria Boinabrasa in Dielsdorf we just had to try it.
At Churrascaria Boinabrasa the meat is seasoned according to the old Gaucho recipe and cooked on rotating spit evenly. Afterwards, our churrasqueiros bring it to your table, over and over again, till your belly bursts!
This traditional methos is called "Rodizio" which literally means "turning". At Churrascaria Boinabrasa you'll have an unforgettable taste experience with amazing meat quality and wines of South American or Europe.
At Boinabrasa's Rodizio you'll eat "á discrètion" and you'll get twelve different kinds of meat (beef, pork, lamb, chicken or turkey) and over 25 cold and warm dishes at the delicious buffet.
The concept and the food convinced us. We will definitely come again!
