A green oasis | Coffee and Plants
"Coffee and Plants" is the name of the new baby of restaurateur and bon vivant Fede Freiermuth, who has been very well received with his restaurant "Weisses Rössli" and several other concepts, which he has initiated over the last years. As the name suggests, it is a combination of café bar and a plant store - a green oasis of well-being in the shopping center Sihlcity, beautifully designed with plants and natural materials.
The cozy café bar presents itself seasonally and close to nature: Coffee is not only enjoyed here in a green ambience - guests can also buy various plants directly on site, ready potted. These include succulents and cacti, coffee plants and calathea. Coffee and Plants is not only a great place to relax and linger, but also offers a unique view over the Kalanderplatz.
For the culinary offerings, Mathieu Bacon, who impresses as head chef at the "Weisses Rössli" with his French-Mediterranean cuisine, creates daily fresh delicacies such as seasonal sandwiches (meaty or vegetarian). The amazing pastry by White Rabbit Bakery not only make hearts of vegans beat faster!
